Hi
I just want to ask you that does a new born baby has to have passport for travel outside the Country? and if it does then is it necessary to apply for another country's visa. If that kid is citizen of USA?
The country which i want to apply is Australia. so please do let me know. so that i can start the paper work.
It will be grateful to get a reply from you ASAP.

You need a passport to travel, no matter what the age is.
US citizens can visit Australia for a short time without visa, but online
