Insurance for my Aunt

My aunt is visiting us for the very first time for about 3-4 months. She is 64(turning 65 during her stay here) years old and has varying BP for which she is on medication and will be bringing medicines for 4 months.

1) Which insurance will cover this preexisting condition
2) Do we have to buy insurance for 65-69yrs or 60-64yrs???
3) What are the payments for Emergency room visits
4) Seeing a doctor for any common cold/fever doc etc

What is the main difference between Liason International Vs Atlas America..
Why woul don eprefer one over the other??

For sicknesses that subsequently result in hospitalization or accidents, ER visit is not a problem, and treatment charge as well room charge are covered as long as they are for eligible expenses.

100% in network and directly billed vs 80/50 for first $5,000 and 100% after that

Other than that, both are excellent plans from two different companies.

I purchased the "Atlas america" plan for my aunt. We live in San Diego, CA. I am stil not understanding the "NOTICE" that appears in the email after the plan is purchased ..

Could you please clarify and confirm I will not have any issues regarding claims etc as I live in Caifornia..
