I was wondering if it possible to work with E2 visa, either part-time or full-time.

Do companies check work eligibility if you have E2 visa?

In anycase, what about working outside via your business (LLC)? In this case, you would be doing business in your LLC but providing service in the same business area through your LLC.

You can only work for your company under the rules of E2.

Even if the company doesn't check it will come up when it comes to taxes etc. This could effect you getting an E2 extention in the future as you will have broken the terms of your visa.

If you are offering your services and billing them through the LLC meaning that your company is being hired then technically you will still be working for the benefit of your company/moving the company forward so in that case you would be legal
