They don't ask much if you have a good case. As far as I remember, just a few routine fact based questions. If your offer letter is drafted by an immigration attorney (assuming a capable one), you don't have to prepare for anything. Most times, people bring standard offer letter drafted by the employer, if (1) your occupation fits perfectly for the job category listed, (2) you have minimum credentials and/or indisputable experiences, (3) the letter address all what need to be addressed, you are fine.
