E-3 Visa Help Please!

Hey Everyone, I am having such trouble finding information around the E-3 requirements. I know that my job only needs to be part time but can I have a second job that does not use my degree?

Also, do I also need an I-765 form done? How does my perspective employer let the government know? Also, do I apply for the visa then the job or the job then the visa? Do I do it through the Aussie embassy or the US one?

Please I hope someone can help me.

Ok the embassy answered my first question and yes all jobs must use my bachelor's degree.

I am still unsure around the i-765 however?
