My 7 yrs old daughter has OCI.

I got her name changed last year. She has new US passport with new name and court order for the name change .

I am travelling to India in four weeks, can she travel to India with new passport, and OCI with old name together with the court order of name change ?

Thank you immihelp. My sister changed her last name due to divorce and has new passport. Does she need to get a new OCI stamp on her passport? (She has the passport corrected to her new name) or does she need to carry her divorce decree and the OCI on the old passport in future trips?
