Default AOS interview soon, misspelled middle name

    Hi, everybody!
I filed for AOS in september and recently received appointment letter. But I just found out my middle name is misspelled on marriage certificate, but on USCIS paperwork is correct. Do you think it will be a problem. It should be "Tojalievna", but on cert it's spelled "Tojaliyevna" because the translator spelled it this way from my original birth certif.
Please anybody had the same issue. Thanks!

Should not be a problem there is always mis spelling in a lot of cases unless you want to get marriage cert fixed to original spelling. As long as it is correct on your official papers it will be fine.
