i went to US embassy yesterday in Abuja, Nigeria for interview and i was refused.

The interview goes thus,

VO____Good Morning, How may i help you
Me___ Am here to apply for international Student Visa
VO_____May i have your passport and I-20 form
Me____i gave her
Vo____why did u choose this School and how did you come cross the school
Me__ through my friend who study in USA and he study in the school and gave me d load down that they treat my course (major) to the Fullest.
Vo__what is your relationship with your friend
Me__High school mate
VO__may i have your bank statements and your transcript and Waec result
Me____i told her i didn't sit for waec that i sat for neco and moroever d school only requested for my neco and transcript
VO___why didnt u sat for the Waec
Me___i was very very sick then
VO___why didnt take it when you receover from your sickness
Me___i went for Neco
(she went to the questions again how did i come across this school i said through my friend)
VO___how many school did u apply for
Me__just this school ma
VO___why not other school why not University of Washington
Me__it bcos my friend told me about d school and said they re one of the school that handle my course to the fullest.
VO___sorry US embassy is unable to issue you a visa.

The questions is can i reapply and d school said i should resume latest June 03 but am thinking to differ my admission and probably resume by september and went for the interview by August and this time i will say i dont knw anybody over there.

I mine going to Pay Sevis that i paid to the school again and is it true that am gonna wait till 3month before i can reapply

The consular officer is clearly not convinced that your school is good. Which school and program did you apply for? I am not aware of Neco and Waec tests, but it seems that the officer considers schools that do not require Waec as not good.
I will advise you to apply to a good school and degree program and then try again.

I apply for Portland Community College Oregon and my programm is Computer Science.

i wanna reapply for the visa , what advise do you have for me plzz

How many months bank statement did you go with like 3months or 6months bank statement and like how much balance shud be left in the account as am goin 2 the abuja embassy pls i need urgent answers. Thanks am awaitin ur reply.
