Hi - My H1B visa was expired last year Sep-10. And I have also changed the company who initially sponsered it. I have travelled to US twice using this visa and Currently I am in India.
Can I renew the same VISA with new company??? or the company needs to apply fresh application??

New company can file a cap-exempt petition for you any time using the previous petition's cap number as long as you have not spent 6 years in the US in H1 status.
