L2 for a working husband

Hi,

I am currently in the US and and need to apply for L2 for my husband.I have few questions
1.The DS 160 form requires his education and work experience. Should we honestly fill the education and Work ex. Will it be an issue when he goes for stamping if he is already working.
2. Does he need a letter from his company showing leave approval or something?
3.What shall I put in the length of intended stay in US. Should it be till my I-194 validity, which will be approx 2 years
4. What should he answer if they ask him about his current job. Should he say he plans for transfer or quitting?
