help - OCI or PIO? who do i contact?

I have 2 Indian children (ages 14 and 17) who I was hoping to get one or the other (OCI or PIO). Their grandparents are still living and reside in Kerala. Their dad lives/works in Missouri - USA. I am their mother...living in Dallas, TX USA.
What do I need to do and who do I need to contact?

Select OCI and it will give you the information you need. You need to select the state you reside in and it will give you the Travisa office address and their pone number. You can contact them at that given number and ask questions.
