my i20 is terminated and i was out of USA and i got new i20 from another university, now can i travel with my previous valid visa and this new i20 with different sevis number.......without transfering my sevis record.....

Not sure I understand: So you were in School A, I-20 expired, transferred to School B and have a new I-20?

If that is the case, you do not need a new visa as long as your I-20 is updated and your visa hasn't expired, you can still travel in and out.
