Regd PIO card
Hi,
My Son is born in US on 1-may-2011 and i applied for PIO card, i have a few questions regarding PIO card facilities, could you please help me understand on below items:
a) Does a minor(less than 16 years of age) holding PIO card required to be registered at FRRO?
b) Is this registration one time OR needs to be done every 6 months?
c) If the living city is changed (say for example from Bangalore to Chennai), is it required to register again?
d) Is this registration valid for life time of the PIO card OR is it valid only till next travel outside of India?
e) What is the process and procedure for Foreigner registration(like what documents are required at the time of resigtration) any link will help
f) How soon do we need to register? I know it should be minimum of 30days before 180 days, but can we register as soon as we land in India if we already expect a stay of more than 6 months?
