    Default

If an individual is born before 1970 birth certificate having a birth certificate is not mandatory. You can file an affidavit from uncle/ aunt or a close family friends who know your parents and have been present at the time of their birth. For people born after 1970 one should have birth certificates.
Regarding marriage certificate you should have one to establish the relationship.

    All the best
