H1B - Visa Issu

Hi Friends - I have a query regaring my H1B.

I have got my H1B visa stamped on 16-Apr-2009 and got validity till 15-Sep-2011. But i didn't travel after my stamping since my employer who sponsered me got query for some reason.

Now my question is since my visa is not yet expired, if any other employer is ready to sponser me can I still use my current visa? If not what is the process. Please advice.

Yes. You can use the current visa (as long as it is valid) with the petition from the new employer to travel.
