cook visa from india

Hi,

I am planning to open an indian restaurant in North Carolina. For that I
need to get a cook/chef from India.
The person I am planning to get does not have any formal culinary
education but has been cooking all his life.
I need to know on what kind of visa that person can come to US?
I am currently on H1-B.

Please advise.
