i am an indian citizen married to a us citizen holding a US passport but her country of origin is bangladesh . being an indian citizen would my spouse be entitled for PIO card ? please advise

Sir one last question, she is a US citizen and holding a US passport.. I may be wrong but what my impression was, she has handed over her bangladeshi passport and now is holding a US passport since 10 years and i am indian citizen and holding a indian passport ? is she still not eligble ?
