L1 B Extension

Hi

I am in US with L1 B Visa and my I94 expires on Nov-2011.
My Wife and My Kid I94 expires on Dec-2013. Now, my company is applying a extension for me. Can it be applied only for me (as the Primary Applicant) or for my entire family (wife + Kid together)?
Do we have any option to apply for it for my spouse and my kid together with me?
Please advice.

They only need to apply for you. Your spouse and children need not apply as long as their I-94's are valid.
