Is a Bachelor degree in English philology from Bulgaria accepted in the USA?

Accepted as a diploma which allows me to work as a redactor in a newspaper

If any particular licensing is required for this job, check out the licensing agency's website if they accept foreign degrees. If no licensing is required, it is up to the employer to decide if they want to accept it. For work Visas that require a bachelor's degree (like H1B) you will need to get an educational evaluation done to show that this degree is equivalent to US Bachelor's degree.
