H1B Query

Hi All,

My H1B was approved on 23rd June and I was in the US for 28 days from 22nd June to 19th July on B1 for Business Trip.

Please help me with following queries:

1. Will there be any issues during H1B interview?
2. What kind of questions can I expect?
3. Should there be some specific gap between H1B interview and the day i returned back to India?

>>> If the H1B is approved as a COS from B1, then there won't be any questions / issues regarding travelling in B1 to look for a job.

2. What kind of questions can I expect?
>>> Usually the questions are about the job, employer and your specialization to work on specilized skills.

3. Should there be some specific gap between H1B interview and the day i returned back to India?
>>> No.

Mine is not a case of COS from B to H1B.
Also my H1B has been filed with the same client for whom I traveled on B1.
Still there will be issues?
