Marrying an out of status girl in USA

Hi,

I am on H1 B visa would like to marry a girl in USA, but she has no status. Recently I applied for my H1 renewal and I have not yet applied for GC.

My concern is to know the procedure to get it through. All opinions will greatly appriciated!

That would be a problem for her. She would not be able to apply for change of status as she currently has no legal status.

She will be asked to get the visa stamping done from her home country. Once she goes there, she may face 3 or 10 years bar to reentry depending upon how long she has been in the U.S. out of status.
