Post Sister sponsoring green card for brother's family

I am filing green card for my brother's family. I sent 3 separate checks(1 for my brother, 1 for my sis-in-law and 1 for my niece) with one I-130 and related documents to USCIC and they responded by filing 1 application for my brother and sent me a 'rejection notice' for my brother's wife and daughter and returned their checks. Do I need to fill separate forms for them and re-apply or will they be included on my brother's green card application as 'adjustment of status'? Please advice. Thanks a bunch.

You are on the right tract. All is well,l your brother's wife and daughter will atomatically fall under him . He is your sibling and you are sponsering him. As the process continues he will include information about his wifeand daughter. Just sit back and wait now. Good Luck

All you need to do is to file ONE I-130 for you brother. Once the priority date is current, then only his wife & kids will qualify...
