hi

I was appplied for COS F1 to F2, when im in status. and I got the receipt from USCIS too, still it is in process.

Now the problem is my college people r saying that i need to register for classes until i got the approval.

Otherwise my F1 and COS F2 will also terminate.

Is that? Do I need to register for classes

Plzz anyone suggest me

That is not correct. You do not need to maintain F1 status. However if COS is denied and you are not maintaining F1 status then you will be out of status.
I assume your spouse is maintaining their F1 status (your F2 is based on spouse's F1).
