In-Person drop-off at CGI,NY for Renewal of Indian Passport

Hello, my concern is regarding renewal of my Indian passport.

I scheduled an appointment for an in-person documents' drop off at CGI,NY and wasn't sure about what time of the day(morning,afternoon or all day before 5pm?) I should be dropping 'em off. It doesn't matter to me if they re-issue the new passport same day or not as I live just across the river and can pick up any time.

Please suggest from prior experiences.

Pefect thanks! I called and checked with them, and they said I can drop it off anytime before 5pm and pick it up in 4 business days.
