Applied passport renewal at Indian Consulate, San Francisco through mail. Sent original H1B Approval notice as support document. Received old and new passports but original H1B approval notice is missing. Please advise me what to do in this senario...

Contacting the Indian Consulate at San Francisco is the only option.
