Insurance for New Immigrant Age 74

Hello,

I would like to get some guidance with getting health insurance for my 74 year old mother who will be coming here on a Green card for the first time.
She will be staying here for a period of 5 months and returning to India for 2 months before traveling back to the US for another 5 months.
The idea is to make the US her primary residence for a period of 5 years in order to get citizenship.

My Question is should I get her the New Immigrant Insurance or Visitor to USA insurance?
