Wife's surname is different in her passport and baby's birth certificate

Hi,

After marriage my wife kept her maiden surname and her Passport and our Marriage Certificate has her old Surname only. When we have a baby then on her birth certificate my wife's surname is mentioned as of mine. On my passport my wife's name is mentioned with her old surname only. My baby's passport is fine.

Now is this an issue that My wife's Surname is different is my daughter's birth certificate. But in my daughter's passport all the names are as per our Passports. Is this a problem?

We are applying for fresh H1b and H4.
