Passport submission

Hello,

I attended the visa interview in Chennai consulate on Sep 12, 2011. I was handed 221g green and submitted the docs on Sep 29, 2011. The VO specifically asked me NOT to submit the passport. I got a 221g green again on Oct 18, 2011 to submit another document(A copy of petition with all supporting documents sent to USCIS). In this 221g form, nothing is striked out in the back page. Does this mean i need to submit I129/797/DS160 confirmation page and passport? Please let me know if anybody else faced this
