    Default Limitation for L2 visa?

    Hi,

I have L1 visa and will be moving to US in few month of time. I would like to know that, can i apply for my spouse visa (L2) when i am still here ?

I have seen that, you have to submit pay stub and letter from your employer describing your relation and tax. I cannot demand these document as i am still residing on my own country.

Is this still possible for me to apply my wife visa?

    Awaiting your responses on this.

    Thanks.

Your wife can apply for her Visa at any time. Paystubs are required for the time you are present in the US only.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
