Hi,
I came in USA and got my F2 visa status, which expired on 15th May 2011, before that we had applied for my Husband's H1 visa so our visa status was in transit meanwhile. and now unfortunately His H1 is denied and we have to go back to our country. In this regard I have following questions'
- originally I entered USA on Visitor visa, converted in valid F2 during my stay.
- we applied for H1 of my husband before our F1-F2 visa expired.
- But our H1 Denied in October 2011,
- We have to leave the country in 10days, but my passport is expiring like it has expiry date of 10th of April 2012.
WOULD I BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO INDIA WITH PASSPORT EXPIRING ON 10th-April-2012?
AS NOW AFTER DENIAL I NO MORE HAVE VALID VISA STATUS SO CONSULATE OF INDIA IN USA WON'T REISSUE ME NEW PASSPORT.
IF ANY BODY HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ITS AN URGENT SITUATION ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.
