Hi,

Can anyone tell me if I get an RFE on L1 extension and I dont want to apply for that RFE and instead want to go back to India and apply for H4.Then after coming to US on H4 I want to apply for H1 through another empolyer so if I don;t reply to L1 RFE will that L1B be considered -rejected,denial or unanswered.

I wanted to know if not responding to RFE would impact any other US VISAs(H1 or H4) that I would be applying in future.

The RFE is addressed to your employer, not you. If they don't respond to it, their future petitions will be affected. Your H4 Visa application or another employer's H1 petition will not be affected.
