Hi Sir,
Let me explain my situation first. I had applied for my F1 visa in 2010 july 8th and got 221g. and later got my visa stamped after 2.5 months. I got my visa only for less than 2 years (It will expire on 2012 august 31st). By that time, my fall term started and I couldn't join that fall. So i deferred my admission to 2011 winter. I have 34 credits to finish my course. I have taken 11 credits so far and I am on my CPT now. My CPT will get over by 2012 August. Now I have a plan to go to India by 2012 july- August time and to get married. Now my questions are
1. If I try to renew my visa, is there any chance of denial? By 2012 august, I will have 16 more credits to finish my course.
2. If they reject my visa, can I come to US before august 31st 2012(2-3 days before my visa's expiration date)?
3. What all are the chance of getting F2 visa for my wife if I apply after getting my new visa?
4. After my course, Is that fine for my wife also to stay with me till I finish my OPT?
NB: My i20 expiration date is 2013 December 31st.
