Hi experts,

I'm expecting to get my EAD in 5 months. Here are my questions regadring EAD

1) After I get my EAD can I change my employer? I heard that if I change my employer after I get my EAD, I have to start my Green card process from the start that is from labor. Is it true?

2) After I get my EAD can I sponsor my parents to visit US?

3) When I go to India I need to get H1b visa stamping. If I go after I get my EAD,do I get my visa stamped on H1b or EAD.

1. Depends. If the job is same/similar, you can use AC21. Read and research about AC21.
2. Sure can. EAD has got nothing to do with your parents' sponsorship.
3. Your knowledge is very limited. EAD is not a status. It is a document to work. there is no visa stamp called EAD. You need to read the section on immihelp that shows the differences between EAD and H1b.
