POE :: Stay difference

Hi Immihelp Team,

I'm travelling to US in 1st week of november'11 on a valid H1B VISA (new). I mentioned my length of stay as 1yr in my DS160 form and my company travel team booked a to and fro ticket which depicts my stay as 10 months saying that the airlines window is open till 10th month only

And now, I need your advise on a possible question at POE - how long are u gonna stay at US?
Should I say 1yr as how I mentioned in DS 160 or 10 months as per my itinerary

They will not ask such a question for H1B. You can stay as long as your petition is valid. Return tickets do not matter.
