Will they send it back to my employer or will they send it back to DOS if the case is reaffirmed/approved??

Post decision activity means they have already made decision on your case. They should be in process to send a reaffirmation notice to your petitioner or if they need any more documents from your petitioner. Check with your petitioner after 15/20 days. they should receive it. Dont worry, they reaffirm most of the cases. Good Luck !

USCIS will send it back to your employer and also they will notify to the respective consulate with recommendation to grant u visa.

Few weeks back US consulate had released the link to track the CEAC status online. The link is not available now. I got the status as "refused". When I had called up vfs few weeks back and today, they said me it's under "admin processing". However I think if the Visa is rejected, atleast we should be getting the mail as notification. Is there any one in the forum who has got the status as "Refused" and also got the notification mail from consulate.

Don't bother about the status on that link. I suppose it did not have correct status and that's the reason application is unavailable now.
Even I had the status as "Refused" and I think that meant your visa was rejected under 221G.

If VFS is saying its under processing then just wait and be patient.

Me too checked my case status on CEAC status online link last month when it was available and my status was "Refused" too. I had my heart in my mouth when i saw the status updated date 20 july 2012. since mine is a renewal visa case i checked the case status on USCIS site and found they received my case for review from DOS after 7 months !!!!!
I had got REF in extension and got cleared in 2 months in 2009, i am not sure how long uscis will take its time to review the same case this time now. AFAIK its going to be reaffirm or revoke.

that link was showing Refused in my case when it was available. but i got my stamped passport few days before.
I believe they say Refuse due to 221 G.

Guys I have been following this thread since many days. I am also the victim of 221g blue slip and cannot stop my self form adding my case
Below is snapshot of my case till date.

Interview Date : 11/07/2012 @ Mumbai, got 221g after around 45 mins of interview against 5 or 6 officers at same window (isn't this strange.)
Doc submitted: 30/07/2012, docs from employer (H1b petition and related docs, 2 yr Tax return, 2 yr Financial Stmts and Wage reports, Client Letter, Notarized list of Emp.) and docs from myself (2yr Paystubs, 2yr Bank Stmts, 2yr Tax returns, 6 months Timesheet, and all approved i797)

Waiting since 23 days.

Does anyone here from July 2012 with 221g? Any one lucky from that month or later?
