    Default H1B Transfer Premium Processing.

    Hi Experts,

My H1B transfer was filed on Normal Processing initially and later my Employer moved it to premium processing. USCIS sent an email on 04th Nov 2011 that they have received the Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker that had been filed under the Premium Processing Program.

From that day on wards the USCIS site started showing my Petition status as Acceptance.

In the email USCIS mentioned that they will adjudicate the case within 15 calendar days of the "received date" set forth above.

But till now the USCIS site is still showing my Petition status as Acceptance and it is now been 10 calendar days already from when USCIS accepted my petition for premium processing and I don't see any progress reflecting on USCIS site on my case.

I would like to know which one would be wise?

    1. Sit back for another 5 days and see if USCIS provides any status on my case as it stated that it will revert back in 15 calendar days.

    2. Ask my employer to contact USCIS to know the status on my case to know why the USCIS site is not showing any progress on my case.

    3. Call USCIS directly and check about my case status.

Please let me know which step I should take at this point of time.

    Thanks,

Don't rely on online case status. It is not always accurate. You still have 5 more days and there is no point in contacting USCIS. Be patient and go with option 1.
