Hi,
My MIL is a Indian by birth and now is a US citizen. She had a land in India that was fraduelently sold/bought by some people. She is in the process of having a legal case against them. She last left India in 2001 and has never been to India since then. We want to send proof for this.This is shown in her passport as well.
Want kind of proof is needed with the passport copy ? Do we need to get it notarized, apostilled etc ?
I want to send both her US and Indian passport copies to the lawyer in India.
Please advise
