May it could be the most silly question. but I am confused on 2 copies. seems like they want 2 sets but if I read the way it says it : it could be 3 sets

It says you need to submit the 2 copies of each form. Does it include the original ??

So is it like 3 sets : 1 original + 2 copies

Or 2 sets : 1 original + 1 copy

I submitted 2 copies plus the original and it worked just fine. Err on the side of caution if you don't want delays as they are notoriously beauracratic!
