Hi,
My Wife's H4 is still pending approval,Can she fly to other places within US with her pending H4? She does'nt have any other Id here in US. She has to show the passport while check in. Will she be allowed to fly with old stamping already expired in the passport? Please Advise..

No issues. You don't need a valid visa to travel within U.S.

It is better to get a state ID made though. It is useful for most practical purposes. But many states will not issue an ID if her I-94 has expired until her H4 extension gets approved.
