I am a US Citizen and married a H1/EAD holder. Due to a serious incident, I called cops and they took her away with them. Later I moved out, filed for divorce and divorced her recently. She has done several things with her boyfriend without my knowledge. Is it possible for her to apply for GC basing on my Citizenship ? Should I inform INS myself or through attorney ? Appreciate your suggestions.

She can't apply for her GC without your knowledge.
In fact, you are the only one who can apply for her green card.
You don't need to inform USCIS. Nothing to worry in that aspect.Immihelp Support
