    Hello,

    I am in US and about to complete 5 years in L1B in a month.

    Since the H1B cap is exhausted, can I file a fresh L1A once I go to India after L1B's expiration. Are there any limitations or restrictions?

    Your employer cna file an L1A petition and you can qualify for 2 years. But to qualify for fresh 7 years you must spend 1 year outside the US.
