Hello all,

I was married to a H1 visa. We applied for I-140 and got approved, but the I-485 was pending. We got divorced and I married US Citizen. She is still in school and my Work Permit will expire next year. We are thinking we should apply for Green Card by marriage.

Is my case special because I got in legally but after my divorced all my privileges changed? or am I still a regular case?

Anything special you guys see?
