    Default H1 Visa Stamping help

    I recently changed my employer. And my H1 visa is approved. Earlier i was IT consultant but now i took the full time job. I have not started the new complany yet.
    Can i go for stamping without pay stubs?

    Where are you located right now? Do you already have a Visa in your passport?

    You don't have to apply for a Visa if the transfer was approved with an I-94. You only need a Visa if you are traveling abroad.
    If that happens to be the case, since you have not begun the employment you can answer accordingly and show proof of employment with previous employer. Make sure you fill the DS 160 and answer questions as if this new employer is a future employer.
