Thread: Mexico Travel

  1. #1

    Default Mexico Travel

I have L1B extension with me which is upto september 2013 (my L1B visa on the passport is already expired).
I need to travel to Mexico (from US), will I have any problems during entry in Mexico or while returning back to US)
    Thanks

You can take short trips of less than 30 days to Canada/Mexico and return even if your Visa has expired as long as you have a valid I-94.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

You will most probably need a Visa for Mexico.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
