Hi,
I enrolled for graduate studies in Fall 2011 and i'm on F-1 Academic student status. Now, I might possibly be not able to continue my studies due to poor grades in first semester. Is it possible for me to get a job and an H1 B visa based on my past work experience and qualification? Will I have to travel back to my home country for stamping ? Will there be any complications ? Please share your views..

The H1B CAP has been closed for 2012. You can file a new H1B only After April 1st 2012 with a start date of October 1st 2012.
