CBP form to add daily duties of computer systems analyst

I applied for a TN Visa on Dec 23rd and was handed a form to list my expected daily duties while working on client's system(s). As I had no idea since I only had the job qualifications and not the detailed day to day duties I added some general expected tasks I would need to do.

Has anyone else seen this form during their TN process recently? I have not had to apply for a TN Visa since 2008 approximately.

What responses are appropriate to ensure I get the necessary visa?
Is this form available on the internet?

I withdrew the application as my activities were too vague and the guard would not give me the letter so I could line up my duties to the qualifications. He expected me to already have these put to memory. He kept both the offer letter since he marked it up and this new form - stating it was government property.

Would any of this information be recorded in the system as an 'attempt' to acquire a TN Visa.
