L1B blanket-Passports collected

Hi,
My L1B blanket visa interview was over on 11/01/2012. I have answered all the L1b related questions very well. I felt like VO was satisfied. Then he has asked me about a H1 rejection that happened in 2006.
I told him that that was from a different employer and that petition might have been revoked.


After that VO took passport and told me that we will take final decision on your case once we verify your petition details.

My question is what petition VO meant? is it H1 or L1?
If My H1 petition is not revoked will I have problem getting L1 visa?

As my passport is taken is there a possibility that I get it back with Visa?
