    Default US citizen Kids allowed with parents for H4 stamping

    Hi,

    I am planning to go for H4 stamping to the Kolkata US consulate in February 2012

    Does anyone know if they would allow my 3.5 year old son (US Citizen) with me for the interview for stamping? He is not used to being with babysitter/relatives.

    Please let us know if someone has gone through a similar situation.

    Yes. Make sure you carry his U.S passport. Check with VFS Mumbai and they will be able to guide you correctly.
