221 G - Green slip (not able to produce Client letter)

During my PAI at Chennai, officer issued me the 221G green slip asking to provide me some extra documents (client letter, technical description of the project and some other document).
I am able to get all documents expect “Client letter” as the client is not ready to give the same.

So what I can do now. Is there any other possibilities to go for stamping with different client name.

If you change the client, then a different LCA need to be filed (based on the new client location) and the H1B petition need to get amended. It is more like withdrawing the current application and filing a new one.
