PIO card - registration while in India

Hi,


I have 10 month old son born in US(has PIO card) and I am planning to go back to India(not sure for how many months/years), I have below queries in my mind:

1) Whom or Where to report for registration?
2) Do I need to register for baby as soon as reach India?
3) How Often I will have to register/inform them that the baby is with me?
